After agreeing the modalities, we quickly find the right tenant. If you already have a tenant, we will gladly introduce ourselves to the tenant. If there is a change of tenant, we will ensure that your apartment is rented out continuously with good agreement with the tenant.
You will receive from us an ongoing overview of the advance payments to the tenant and the onward billing to your account and that of the building management. In the event of operating costs/changes or settlements, index adjustments, we adhere to the statutory deadlines and adjust the rent. We advise you comprehensively on questions, repairs, refurbishments, contemplated sales and much more.
