Time
We save our customers valuable time. With the start of marketing we reach many potential interested parties. This is followed by lots of phone calls, e-mails, appointments, viewings. We coordinate the appointments, present your property and check whether the interested party is solvent and request the last 3 pay slips, an identity card, a registration form and, if desired, a KSV check when renting. Of course, we can also get to know the potential tenant before accepting the offer. We can also draw up a rental contract and document the handover.
Tenant selection
Based on our experience and the above-mentioned documents sent to us, we select a suitable tenant together with our customers. We also advise on the rental contract. We discuss which points are important and also legally stable.
For the handing over of the object we take over the documentation of the condition, the meter readings and the keys. We also provide information on electricity registration, heat registration and household insurance to give tenants an ideal start in their new home.
Price
Vacancy costs money. We prepare a market value assessment in order to let at a good price. After consultation, we start marketing as soon as possible in order to find a new tenant as soon as possible.
